Cian's role as Head of Hedgefunds & Private Debt, at Formue Norge, is defined by the strategic management of sizable funds, with a focus on hedgefunds and private debt/specialty finance exceeding 14 billion NOK in assets. Prior to joining Formue Norge, Ciam was with Insparo Asset Management as Senior Portfolio Manager, and spent 9 years at Bluebay Asset Management (2002-2011) where he was responsible for the local emerging markets debt fund. Ciam holds a B.Sc., in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics from Heriot-Watt University, and has a keen interest in modern day asset allocation in a risk based framework for UHNW and investment institutions across private and public markets.
