George is the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for PGIM Quantitative Solutions. With over three decades of experience, he is well regarded for integrating theoretical physics with complex data science to drive systematic and quantitative investment strategies. He previously served as Chief Investment Officer for Quantitative Investments at BMO Global Asset Management and was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the California-based hedge fund, Menta Capital. He also spent a decade as a senior portfolio manager at Barclays Global Investors. George holds a BS in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a PhD in Physics from Boston University.
