Self described as a political economist, not a mathematical economist, Paul is Chief Economist at UBS Global Wealth Management. He joined UBS back in 1992 as an intern economist working in their investment bank, and sits on the Global Investment Committee, is a member of UBS Art Board, is a part of the UBS Nobel Perspectives program and a supporter of the UBS Women in Economics program. Paul has an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London.
