Scott Foster is the president, CEO and majority shareholder and the sole director of Dominion Capital Management, Inc. He is responsible for all trading decisions at the firm and the development of all trading models, money management, portfolio selection and product development. Scott has his BA in Religion / Psychology / Philosophy from Grove City College.
