Vlad Tenev

Robinhood

Vlad Tenev is co-founder and CEO of Robinhood, a US-based financial technology services company. In 2010, He co-founded a high-frequency trading software company called Celeris. This lead Vlad and his co-founder of Celeris, Baiju Bhatt, to create Chronos Research, which sold low-latency software to other trading firms and banks. In 2013, Vlad and Baiju co-founded the trading platform Robinhood. Vlad's undergraduate degree is in mathematics from Stanford University. He began is studies for a PhD in mathematics, at UCLA before leaving to join forces with Baiju.
