Joe leads the global investment strategy team at HSBC AM. He researches investment themes in public and private market and discusses those ideas with fund managers to improve portfolio outcomes for clients. As well, he communicates the firm’s investment views to professional investors all around the world. Joe joined HSBC in 2010 as Chief Strategist, Strategic Asset Allocation. From there, his career at HSBC led him to co-CIO, Multi Asset in 2019, and to his current position in 2016. Previous to HSBC he was with Halbis Capital Management for three years, and at J.P. Morgan, London, UK for four years. Joe earned his undergraduate B.Sc. in Economics from University of Bristol, and his M.Sc. in Economics from University of Warwick.
